When you open cognivoa.com, your browser sends technical data to the servers that deliver the site: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if any, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the page and to protect the site against attacks.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which processes this data on our behalf. Cloudflare keeps such logs only for a short time for operation and security. Data may be processed in the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the transfer is also covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Two parts of the site are loaded from our own database, so that they are always current: the operator details on the Impressum and on this page, and the latest Radar changes on the home page. For this, your browser contacts our database provider, Supabase, whose servers for us are in Frankfurt, Germany. Supabase receives your IP address and the technical data described in section 3. No other personal data is sent, and nothing is stored about you.

If you write to hello@cognivoa.com, we use your email address and your message only to answer you. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), otherwise our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless a legal retention duty applies (for example for business letters under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO).
Links to our products and to other websites open those websites. From then on, their own privacy notices apply.
